The Weekend Guest Services Associate is the welcoming face of the House on weekends — supporting guest families, keeping the House running smoothly, and responding calmly when the unexpected happens.

Responsibilities

• Guest Support & Hospitality — check families in and out, answer questions, and make sure every guest feels at home.
• Operational Oversight — monitor the front desk, phones, deliveries and volunteer groups during your shift.
• House Maintenance & Security — walk the House, keep common areas tidy and secure, and log any issues.
• Emergency Response — follow House procedures and contact on-call staff when needed.
• Additional Duties as assigned by the Director of House Operations.

Qualifications — a warm, dependable presence; strong communication skills; comfort working independently; ability to pass a background check.
